Mr. Turovsky received his Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance and Investments from Baruch College in 2009 and in 2013 graduated Ave Maria School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. While attending law school and after graduating, Mr. Turovsky worked as a Law Clerk for a law firm specializing in real estate. He obtained significant practical experience in all areas of real estate transactions and as a direct result realized that real estate was truly his passion. 

As a Real Estate professional, Mr. Turovsky is responsible for: 

• Conducting market and demographic research to understand the asset’s relationship and future potential value; 

• Negotiating the terms of purchase, sale and lease of various types of assets; 

• Establishing professional relations with builders, plumbers, electricians, painters, interior designers, developers, landscapers and other construction professionals to coordinate repairs, upgrades, staging or improvements; 

• Coordinating of recruitment, training, and continuous professional development of management and administrative staff.
